Adebisi James Badejoko - Direcor & Solicitor

Adebisi James Badejoko is the Director and Solicitor and also the COLP & COFA of
this firm. He was enticed to the legal profession by the paraphernalia and apparatus
of the legal system and his quest for justice which motivated him to switch from
teaching and insurance to law. He studied law at Manchester Metropolitan University
and graduated with an LLB (Hons) in 2004 and subsequently obtained a
Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2005.
Mr Badejoko began his legal career as a work experience intern in February 2005
and later secured a paralegal position after completing his LPC, handling his own
caseload with little supervision. He subsequently became the first Trainee Solicitor
of the firm in 2007 and a month after his enrolment as a Solicitor and Advocate of
England and Wales on 1 June 2009, he became a Partner in the firm, due to his hard
work, pragmatism, and professionalism.
In October 2012, Mr Badejoko founded Adonai Beulah Solicitors, a prototype of the
modern practice to deliver high quality and professional legal services and the firm
was subsequently incorporated as a limited company in September 2009.
He is a conversationalist. He speaks at seminars, religious institutions, and
organisations. He has published articles both in the UK and abroad in his areas of
speciality, which are Immigration and Human Rights, Family, Employment and
Personal Injury. His passion for Immigration and Human Rights accorded him the
award of “The Man of the Year in Law 2009” by ABI.
He is also interested in politics, as Political Science was his first field of study, and
he is a philanthropist and apostle of education which motivated him to register a
charitable organisation (Joachim Adebayo Badejoko Foundation) in honour of his
late father who was an educationist, providing scholarship up to university level and
empowering people especially women to be self-sufficient and independent by
setting them up in businesses and vocations of their choice.
He strongly believes in the philosophical saying of Ayn Rand that, “A creative man
is motivated by the desire to achieve, not by the desire to beat others”.
